CADAL’s managers come from diverse backgrounds. Among them there are journalists, academics, businessmen, professionals and human rights activists who work in the private sector or have a previous experience in civil society organizations.
CADAL’s internal organization is formed by a Board, an Executive Committee, an Academic Council, an Advisory Council, and a Business Council. Among its members and external contributors, CADAL has a group of associated analysts and researchers.
CADAL also offers young university students and recent graduates opportunities for voluntary work, internships and research scholarships. The young collaborators of CADAL are those who stood our in their participation in the training activities of the Latin American School for Economic and Political Studies (ELEPE). Also, CADAL has a number of vacancies for foreign interns.
