María Victoria Maineri
Institutional Relations Coordinator
Degree in International Relations (Universidad de San Andrés), currently studying the MSc in International Cooperation (Universidad de San Martín). She spent a semester during her undergraduate degree at the University of Edimburgh as an Erasmus scholar. She attended a postgraduate course in Human Rights and Global Politics at the University of Texas in Austin with a Friends of Fulbright scholarship. She worked an analyst at the Secretary of Planification, Evaluation and Management control of the Buenos Aires government.

El nuevo informe de la ONU sobre los derechos humanos en Corea del Norte
Uno de los puntos de mayor preocupación son justamente los centros de detención, donde ocurren todo tipo de violaciones sistemáticas de los derechos humanos. Con relación a las libertades de expresión, pensamiento, conciencia, religión, asociación y reunión pacífica, la situación también es desesperanzadora. La libertad de circulación también continúa muy restringida en la RPDC, tanto dentro del país como hacia el extranjero, y quienes son repatriados luego de haber salido ilegalmente sufren severas consecuencias.
