Mauricio Rojas inaugurated training event of CADAL

Mauricio Rojas, member of the Sweden Parliament and economic historian from Lund University inaugurated the 2007 edition of Latin American School of Political and Economic Studies of CADAL.

Mauricio Rojas, member of the Sweden Parliament and economic historian from Lund University inaugurated the 2007 edition of Latin American School of Political and Economic Studies of CADAL. Mauricio Rojas gave a three hours long seminar on "Challenges of the Global Era", where he referred to the following subjects: Economics and Labor, in the first part; and Community, Society and State in the last part.

The 2007 Regional Update Program began with an institutional presentation of CADAL in charge of its Chairman, Gabriel C. Salvia. In this opportunity he gave a Special Mention to Milton Merlo, for his journalistic piece as participant of 2006 edition of the seminar "Economic Journalism" organized at Communications Institute of Universidad Católica Argentina. The Special Mention includes an air ticket and lodging in Santiago de Chile, where the student with take part in a training program at Universidad de los Andes.
