In the framework of the Project Medioslatinos and the Konrad Adenauer Stifting's “Media and Democracy in Latin America” program, the Center for Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL) and the Austral University's School of Communication agreed to keep track of current events to analyze the professional relationship between journalists and politicians in the region.

The information portal Análisis Latino, produced by CADAL, is dedicated to political, economic, social and cultural trends in Argentina and the region. With a total of 20 classes, the program is intended to students and recent graduates up to 25 years old with the aim of analyzing different aspects of the opening and development of Argentina and Latin America, specially those referred to the quality of democracy, economics and institutions, human rights and economic and sector policies. The program will take place from April 25 till October 3 - with a recess in July - during wednesdays afternoon at CADAL's headquarters, and offers attendants an attractive place for exchange with professors and students from other universities.
