I Summit of Red Liberal de América Latina and XIX Fórum da Liberdade

Hernán Alberro, Programs Director of CADAL assisted to the I Summit of Red Liberal de América Latina (RELIAL) and XIX Fórum da Liberdade that took place in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Invited by Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Hernán Alberro took part in an intense activity of the I Summit of RELIAL that gathered more than thirty institutes from 16 different countries in Latin America.

En esta oportunidad, Hernán Alberro también aprovechó para participar del XIX Fórum da Liberdade que organiza el Instituto de Estudos Empresariais de Porto Alegre. El tema del foro fue "El deber del Estado" a cargo de grandes intelectuales como Douglass North (Premio Nobel de Economía), Hernando de Soto (autor de El Misterio del Capital) y Carlos Sabino (profesor de la Universidad Francisco Marroquín de Guatemala).

Durante el Foro, el Director de Programas de CADAL le hizo entrega de un libro de CADAL a Paulo Uebel, vicepresidente del Instituto de Estudos Empresariais y quien estuvo a cargo de la organización del evento que contó con la participación de 6000 personas.
