Hernán Alberro in a Think Tank MBA in United States

The program underlines the critical importance of strategic thinking, while training the participants in the development of a plan that can later be applied in their respective organizations. In this sense, the course includes interactive discussions, role playings, group projects and campaigns and lectures by distinguished guest speakers.

From April 29 till May 11, Hernán Alberro, Programs Director of CADAL, took part in a Think Tank MBA, the most comprehensive training for think tank leaders, organized by Atlas Economic Research Foundation at Fairfax, Virginia, United States.

The program underlines the critical importance of strategic thinking, while training the participants in the development of a plan that can later be applied in their respective organizations. In this sense, the course includes interactive discussions, role playings, group projects and campaigns and lectures by distinguished guest speakers.

The program is directed by Rainer Heufers, Atlas Senior Fellow and Officer of Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Indonesia.

Part the of work developed in the courses was in teams that had to apply the lessons on the particular cases of their organizations.
