In the National Assembly the librarians assessed the need to raise the quality of work in their respective libraries in the exercise of advocacy in communities and implement new information technologies. One of the demands of the network is the need for literature and supplies. As part of the event the latest editions of the Latin-Cuban Dialogue, a quarterly publication of the International Democratic Solidarity Program (Puente Democrático) by the Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL) proposed an exchange between Latin American figures from society, academia and analysts and the Cuban civic movement.
