Claim to Foreign Minister Taiana with the support of Pat Derian, José Miguel Vivanco and Robert Cox

The Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL) sent Foreign Minister Jorge Taiana, a letter claiming for his Ministry to appoint a representative at the Argentine Embassy in Cuba to follow up human rights violation cases in that country.

The Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL) sent Foreign Minister Jorge Taiana, a letter claiming for his Ministry to appoint a representative at the Argentine Embassy in Cuba to follow up human rights violation cases in that country. This initiative by CADAL had the signature of its General Director Gabriel Salvia and the support of three emblematic figures of human rights protection: Pat Derian (Former Human Rights Secretary of President Jimmy Carter), José Miguel Vivanco (Regional Director Human Rights Watch) and Robert Cox (Journalist).
