CADAL Present at the OAS’s 47th General Assembly
Chairman of the Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL), Gabriel Salvia, and Cuban, democratic political activist Manuel Cuesta Morúa, represented the institution in Cancún, Mexico.
