Second India Think Tank Forum
Sybil Rhodes, Vice President of CADAL and director of its Academic Council, participated in the second iteration of the India Think Tank Forum. Taking place from June 19 – 21, 2017, in New Delhi, the forum focused on “The Potential and Power of National, Regional and Global Partnerships”. The forum was organized by the Observer Research Foundation, the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program, and the McKinsey Global Institute.
Rhodes spoke at the “Globalization 2.0: Managing the Transition and the Tensions” panel alongside Harsh Pant, Distinguished Fellow and Head of the Strategic Studies Programme at ORF, Françoise Nicolas, Senior Research Fellow and Director of the French Institute for International Relations (IFRI); and Anu Madgavkar, Partner del McKinsey Global Institute.
