Restrictions and threats to freedom of association in Latin America
This activity was organized by the Coalition for Freedom of Association, with the testimonies of civil society leaders in four countries of the region: Laritza Diversent (Cuba), Rafael Uzcátegui (Venezuela), Lilliam Arrieta (El Salvador) and Ana Lucía Ixchiú Hernández (Guatemala) . The meeting was opened by Gerardo Berthin (Freedom House) and Inés Pousadela (CIVICUS) and Maricarmen Plata, Secretary of Access to Rights and Equity of the OAS, participated in the closing.
