The fourth meeting of the KaribeArte cycle, organized together with the Venezuelan Program of Education-Action in Human Rights (PROVEA) and moderated by Cecilia Noce, Associate Researcher of the CADAL project ''Defense of Artistic Freedom of Expression'', had Osvaldo Navarro as speakers “Navy-Pro” (Cuba) and Ray Martínez “Free-Convict” (Venezuela).
