Participation in the reception of the Czech Foreign Affairs Minister
CADAL was invited to collaborate in the program that the Embassy of the Czech Republic organized at its headquarters in the city of Buenos Aires on the occasion of the official visit to Argentina of its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jan Lipavský, by means of the performance of Atemporal trio integrated by musicians from Cuba.
CADAL's General Director, Gabriel C. Salvia, handed the Minister Lipavský copies of the books “Milada Horáková: Human Rights Defender and victim of totalitarianisms” (Spanish: “Milada Horáková: Defensora de los Derechos Humanos y víctima de los totalitarismos”) and, in English, "Human rights in international relations and foreign policy", both co-edited with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

In turn, Foreign Affairs Minister Jan Lipavský presented Gabriel Salvia with a painting of Václav Havel.
The trio comprising the Cuban musicians Noslen Porrúa, Mario García Piña and Jessica Zequeira, performed three songs (Barrio abrázame, Parlamento and Nuestro día ya viene llegando) at the reception organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Buenos Aires to welcome its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jan Lipavský, during his official visit to Argentina.

This is the second time that CADAL participates in the official visit of a Czech Foreign Affairs Minister. The previous one was at CADAL's former headquarters in Reconquista Street, where it received the then Minister of Foreign Affairs Karel Schwarzenberg (1937-2023), who gave a lecture and was awarded for his country's international commitment in the defense of human rights.
